Services
At SDH Electric, our clients are our number one priority and we love to bring our client's lighting and electrical dreams into reality. In order to prioritize our clients, safety of the electrical work is our primary concern. In Canada, the Canadian Electrical Code is updated every three years and home wiring typically sees the most code changes. We always ensure our practices are in line with electrical and building codes and standards to ensure your home is in compliance.

1
200 Amp Service Upgrades
Upgrading to a 200 amp electrical panel can greatly improve how safely your home uses power. Between the safety buffer, lighting, and HVAC, the majority of the 100 amps are going to be allocated before you toast your bread in the morning. Upgrading increases the amount of circuits available and provides breathing room for new devices such as a pool, home theater, or an EV charger.
2
Backup Generators
Do you live in an area where power outages are common or need to ensure you have an uninterrupted power supply? A backup generator with an automatic transfer switch (ATS) can solve your power problem. The generator will ensure you have backup power, but the ATS will ensure there is always an uninterrupted power supply. ATSs constantly monitor your power source and switch on/off automatically so you don't have to manually turn the generator on.

Home Renovation/Addition

EV Chargers
As electric vehicles (EVs) become more and more popular, more and more people are looking to install Level 2 EV Chargers at home. Level 2 chargers add about 40 km of range per hour versus 6 km of range per hour when using a standard home outlet. SDH Electric offers skilled installation of EV Chargers to ensure you start your day with maximum range.
